Apartment Maintenance Institute is an organization and a group of industry experts that are dedicated to the advancement of the Apartment Maintenance Profession. Our goal is to be the first and last word in professional maintenance practices within the multifamily housing industry. The Institute specializes in training, educational programs, forms, best practices, and legislation affecting the multifamily maintenance industry. Our maintenance training instruction is focused on professionalism, time management, and quality. Our courses are designed with an emphasis on hands-on exposure to everyday problems.
