Apartment Maintenance Boot Camp
This is literally the basic training that all maintenance employees need. This three day course covers the critical aspects of performing the work of an apartment maintenance technician. Not only do we cover basic electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, floor repair, locks and keys, and pool and spa this course also covers the intangibles that will help make your staff successful. Students also learn the work order and turnover process as well as teamwork time management, organization, professionalism, ethics, fair housing, and an overview of the financial side of the equation. This course is perfect for the newly hired staff member or veterans that need a refresher, or never received the desired instruction in their career. The course does include some hands-on instruction but it is geared toward given the students an introduction into what is expected of a maintenance technician in this industry.
