Maintenance Training For Spanish Speakers
This is a course that we run once or twice a year depending on the response. A large population of maintenance technicians on site speak English as a second language and even though most can communicate well enough to hold down thier job. Some become great technicians but most don't get any technical training in thier own language. Many times our industry relegates some of their best technical repair minds to walking grounds simply because they can't seem to pick up the repair side of the equation because it is being taught to them in another language. Give your Spanish speaking team members a chance to learn how to repair and maintain equipment, electrical, plumbing, and appliances in thier native language. It's a great way to show them you value and appreciate thier hard work and dedication.
