Preventative Maintenance
This course is split up into two annual seasons, Winter and Summer. Each section deals with the necessary repairs around the property that must be addressed in order to keep the basic systems functioning properly and avoid costly repairs and replacements. Our checklists are all encompassing and will be relevant to any multifamily property no matter what size or design. Preventative maitnenance is the lifeblood of a physical property without it your property will die. Make sure your staff knows what to inspect and how to make the needed repairs to keep your physical property in tip top condition.
